Shipping fees and tax are covered by Luckeep and will be completed by FedEx throughout the United States. Once the order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email and shipment tracking will be sent to your email address. ( We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.) It may take 2-5 days to deliver.

We offer a 30-day trial period for all our brand new Ebike products. If you're not satisfied with the product, Luckeep's return policy allows you to return it within 30 days of receipt. However, to qualify for this, your product must be free of wear, dirt, and the mileage on the odometer should be less than 10 miles.

Processing Times

• In-Stock E-Bikes: Up to 3 business days for processing.

• In-Stock Warranty Orders: Up to 10 business days for processing.

• In-Stock Accessories & Components: Up to 25 business days for processing.

• Pre-Order E-Bikes: Please check for any pre-sale details on the product page before placing your order.

Email Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during checkout.
Please note: for any third-party shipping arrangements outside of Luckeep’s standard process, Luckeep cannot provide additional tracking details or documentation.

Shipping Costs and Lithium-Ion Batteries

• Free Shipping: Orders of $100 or more ship free within the 48 continental United States, including complete e-bikes.

• Outside the Continental U.S.: Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and dimensions.

• Due to carrier regulations on lithium-ion batteries, Luckeep cannot ship e-bikes or e-bike batteries outside the 48 continental U.S. states.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the 48 continental United States only.
Because of restrictions related to lithium-ion batteries, Luckeep cannot deliver e-bikes or related components (including batteries, displays, or controllers) outside these areas.

Shipping Carriers

Luckeep ships orders using FedEx and USPS, depending on package size, weight, and destination.
Whenever possible, your order will be shipped in a single box; however, large or bulky items may require multiple shipments.

Signature Requirement

• E-Bikes: No signature required upon delivery.

• Individual Batteries: A signature is required by law for all standalone battery shipments.

Loss, Theft, or Damage

Luckeep is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to FedEx, USPS, or any other carrier.
If your package appears lost or damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

Address Changes

We cannot modify shipping addresses after an order has been placed.
If an incorrect address is entered, the order must be canceled, refused, or returned to sender.
Once the item(s) are returned to us, a refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.

Refused Shipments / Return to Sender

If a customer refuses delivery of an order:

• A $250 shipping fee per e-bike will be deducted from your refund to cover partial shipping costs.

• Orders cannot be intercepted or canceled once shipped.

• When a shipment is refused and returned, Luckeep will process a refund for the purchase amount minus the $250 fee upon receiving the returned item(s).

Please notify Luckeep of any shipment refusal to avoid refund delays.

Missing Items

If you have not received an item from your order within 30 days of the delivery date, please contact us immediately.
If no contact is made within 30 days, we will assume the order was received in full and will not retain further shipping information.

To assist our support team, please include:

• Your order number

• Any relevant tracking or product details

Our customer service team will investigate promptly:

• If the item was not shipped, we will send a replacement as soon as possible.

• If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund for the missing product(s).

All Luckeep ebikes are included in the 2-year all-inclusive warranty provided by our manufacturer for the original owner in case of all manufacturing defects. The warranty service does not include free accessories and batteries). After the initial owner receives the product, he begins to enjoy a 2-year warranty period.
