Luckeep Limited Warranty and Policy on Replacement Procedures & Responsibilities

This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is issued by Luckeep and applies to eligible products purchased in the U.S. or Canada on or after May 15, 2023 (the “Product(s)”).
This Warranty is provided at no additional cost and is in addition to your legal consumer rights, which may vary by state or province.


1. Important Information

Before your first ride, please read the manual(s) included with your Product — they contain essential safety, assembly, and maintenance details.
We also recommend registering your e-bike at https://luckeepus.shop/ to help us provide better service.
Registration is not required to receive Warranty support.


2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund through the authorized channel where you made your purchase.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The e-bike must have fewer than 10 miles on the odometer.

  • It must be free from wear, dirt, or odors and include all original accessories and packaging (charger, keys, hardware, etc.).

  • Express shipping fees are non-refundable.

After 30 days:
Returns are not accepted. Only exchanges or partial refunds are available, subject to a $250 per-unit shipping/restocking deduction for non-defective products.
Products showing end-user damage may be denied or charged for replacement parts.


3. Warranty Coverage

3.1 Luckeep-Branded Frames and Framesets

  • Coverage: Structural integrity defects (excluding paint and graphics)

  • Period: 2 years (24 months) from the original retail purchase date

  • Definition: A “frameset” includes a Luckeep-branded frame and rigid fork (suspension forks are excluded).

3.2 Luckeep-Branded Components & Electrical Systems

  • Coverage: Motors, drive system components, and related parts

  • Period: 1 year (12 months) from original retail purchase

3.3 Luckeep-Branded Batteries

  • Coverage: Manufacturing defects or performance below 70% of original capacity

  • Period: 1 year (12 months) or 300 charging cycles, whichever comes first


4. Subsequent Owners

If you are a second (or later) owner, coverage is as follows:

All warranties for subsequent owners begin from the original retail purchase date.
Proof of the original purchase must be provided by the prior owner or authorized Luckeep retailer.


5. Warranty Scope and Service Period

Crank set, Wheel hub, Spokes, Shifter, Derailleur, Flywheel, Bottom bracket, Shock Absorber, Wiring harness 6 months Manufacturing defects only.
Electrical Parts Controller, Charger, Wiring harness 12 months Burnout or failure from defects covered. Water damage not covered.
LCD Display, Throttle, Controller Cover 24 months Manufacturing defects covered. Water or misuse excluded.
Headlights, Taillights, Power-off Brake Levers, Switches 3 months Manufacturing defects only.
Motor Motor, Hall, Bearings 12 months Manufacturing-related issues only. Water damage excluded.
Battery Lithium Battery 12 months Replaced if capacity <70%. Must be returned for testing. Water or impact damage excluded.

6. Third-Party Components

Some Luckeep e-bikes include third-party parts (e.g., drivetrain, brakes, or suspension).
These components are covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty, not Luckeep’s.
Please refer to the specific manufacturer’s website for details.


7. Warranty Labor

No labor charges apply for Warranty service within one year from the original retail purchase date.


8. Warranty Terms and Claims

To request service under this Warranty:

  1. Provide dated proof of purchase (even for subsequent owners).

  2. Submit photos or videos showing the defect or issue.

  3. Luckeep may request the return of the defective item before sending a replacement.

Luckeep may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective item, or

  • Replace it with the same or most similar product available.

If an exact replacement (e.g., color/model) is unavailable, Luckeep will provide the closest equivalent.
Warranty service is typically limited to the country of original purchase.
Shipping costs for warranty claims are covered by Luckeep.


9. Exclusions (Not Covered Under Warranty)

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper assembly, installation, or modification

  • Crash or collision damage

  • Corrosion or exposure damage

  • Improper repair or maintenance

  • Abuse, neglect, or abnormal use

  • Unauthorized components or accessories

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Water or moisture damage to electronics or battery


10. Proof of Purchase and Contact Information

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty or service requests.
Please include your order number, a detailed issue description, and images or videos of the defect.
