Processing Times

In-Stock E-Bikes: Up to 3 business days for processing.

In-Stock Warranty Orders: Up to 10 business days for processing.

Email Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during checkout.
Please note: for any third-party shipping arrangements outside of Luckeep’s standard process, Luckeep cannot provide additional tracking details or documentation.
Shipping Costs and Lithium-Ion Batteries

Free Shipping: Orders of $100 or more ship free within the 48 continental United States, including complete e-bikes.

Outside the Continental U.S.: Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and dimensions.

Due to carrier regulations on lithium-ion batteries, Luckeep cannot ship e-bikes or e-bike batteries outside the 48 continental U.S. states.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the 48 continental United States only.
Because of restrictions related to lithium-ion batteries, Luckeep cannot deliver e-bikes or related components (including batteries, displays, or controllers) outside these areas.
Shipping Carriers
Luckeep ships orders using FedEx and USPS, depending on package size, weight, and destination.
Whenever possible, your order will be shipped in a single box; however, large or bulky items may require multiple shipments.
Signature Requirement

E-Bikes: No signature required upon delivery.

Individual Batteries: A signature is required by law for all standalone battery shipments.
Loss, Theft, or Damage
Luckeep is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to FedEx, USPS, or any other carrier.
If your package appears lost or damaged, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
Address Changes
We cannot modify shipping addresses after an order has been placed.
If an incorrect address is entered, the order must be canceled, refused, or returned to sender.
Once the item(s) are returned to us, a refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
Refused Shipments / Return to Sender
If a customer refuses delivery of an order:

A $250 shipping fee per e-bike will be deducted from your refund to cover partial shipping costs.

Orders cannot be intercepted or canceled once shipped.

When a shipment is refused and returned, Luckeep will process a refund for the purchase amount minus the $250 fee upon receiving the returned item(s).
Please notify Luckeep of any shipment refusal to avoid refund delays.
Missing Items
If you have not received an item from your order within 30 days of the delivery date, please contact us immediately.
If no contact is made within 30 days, we will assume the order was received in full and will not retain further shipping information.
