Luckeep Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Returns requested after 30 days of the delivery date will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, and with less than ten (10) miles on the odometer for e-bikes.

All original items included in the box (charger, keys, tools, hardware, etc.) must be returned.

The item must be in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away at contact@luckeepus.shop so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is approved:

We will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers who choose to ship the item back on their own are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchange Policy (Non-Quality Issues)
Exchanges are available only for unused, unworn, and unopened items with less than 10 miles on the odometer.

Refund Policy

Refund for Price Differences

Within 7 days: Partial refund for price difference.

After 7 days: No refund for price difference (a free gift may be provided instead).
Note: Luckeep reserves the right to manage all promotional activities and interpret all discount and pricing policies.
Change of Delivery Address
If you need to modify your delivery address after placing your order, a $30 per item fee will apply.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses to accept delivery:

A $260 shipping fee per item will be deducted from the refund, or

The customer must pay $260 per item if requesting a re-shipment.
